Who can enter?
1. Are you aged 7-16?
2. Has your family or school purchased the Emily & Nova creative writing videos?
If the answer is YES to both questions, you are eligible for entry. You can ask your family or school to purchase the videos any time between now and the deadline. All the details about buying the videos are on this website. There is no other entry fee for this competition.
How To Enter:
Send your story to this email address - [email protected] - by midnight on Sunday 23rd August 2020.
Your story MUST have the following information at the top:
a. Your name, b. Your year level, c. The name of the person or school who purchased the Emily & Nova writing videos for you, d. The email address you are sending it from.
You can write a story about anything. Watch our videos to get lots of great ideas and to help you plot and polish.

Terms & Conditions:
1. One entry per student.
2. The judges' decision is final.
3. The judges of this competition are Emily Gale and Nova Weetman.
4. Your story must be your own original work and not published anywhere else.
5. Each entry must be received by email and contain the following information: the name of the author, the year level of the author, the name of the person or school who purchased the Emily & Nova writing videos.
6. There is no entry fee, however proof is required that a purchase has been made of the Emily & Nova writing videos and this is in the form of providing the name of the person or school who made the purchase. If this proof is not received, the entry will not be counted.
7. All entries must be emailed by midnight on 23rd August 2020.
8. Winners and runners-up will be notified by email.
9. Emily & Nova take no responsibility for lost or misdirected entries.
10. Copyright in each work remains with the author.
